Methodology of work

Our projects are carried out in accordance with SCRUM principles. It is an agile work methodology, whose main advantage is the ability to adapt the software during development to changing market realities and customer needs.

In SCRUM methodology team members are not divided into analysts, testers and developers. As developers they have broad, interdisciplinary competencies and work together in close cooperation.

The team is supervised by a Scrum Master. However he is not a typical project manager - he only watches the process. The client, on the other hand, acts as a Product Owner whose task is to provide feedback on the ongoing work. Thanks to this, the final product can meet the client's requirements to a greater extent.

Therefore, we focus on communication with the customer. In this way we meet their expectations. Our priority is to create software in which modern solutions will be combined with usability and the possibility of its dynamic expansion and modification.

7 steps to a successful product

1. You tell us your goal

You have an idea for a startup. It can be a product or a service and you want to give it a real shape. To be successful it is necessary to precisely define the core value of your idea. Only this allows us to plan the design and implementation phase. Together we conduct a series of consulting meetings, and then determine the plan of action.

2. Prototyping - UX / UI

We prototype your application with a dedicated UX solution to make sure it looks and functions properly. Based on the most user-friendly scenarios we design wireframes. The optimal interface is created. After taking into account your feedback in the next series of consultations, we create styleguide and clickable prototype designs.

3. Development

This is the crucial phase when your idea becomes reality. The front-end layer of the application is created based on high resolution mockups. At this stage we create a fully functional version of the product based on your previously accepted projects. We develop both web and mobile applications, so as to provide the user with as many ways of using your solution as possible.

4. Customer input and feedback

At each stage of the process we can adjust the assumptions by optimizing and adding new features. Along with the end of subsequent sprints your and your client's feedback counts. We meet to summarize the delivered solutions, analyze their effectiveness and modify them if needed.

5. MVP

Once everything is implemented and tested it is time to launch the product on the market. At the beginning you receive the final non-public version for acceptation and only then we give it to our clients. 6. Support and maintenance
